- Wykazanie szerszego doświadczenia osoby, o której mowa w rozdziale VI ust. 2 pkt 4.2) ppkt a), w projektowaniu, programowaniu i obsłudze baz danych opartych o technologię Oracle: 10%
- Wykazanie szerszego doświadczenia osoby, o której mowa w rozdziale VI ust. 2 pkt 4.2) ppkt c), w opracowaniu dokumentów merytorycznych z zakresu monitoringu i oceny jakości powietrza, wymagających znajomości przepisów prawa krajowego, prawa Unii Europejskiej oraz wytycznych Komisji Europejskiej i Europejskiej Agencji Środowiska: 10%
